Private offices come with a 6-month minimum term. Coworking memberships are available monthly — flexible, easy, and built for how you actually work.

Is there someone on-site during the day?

Yes. While we don’t have a front desk, a member of the building team is on-site Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Members have 24/7 digital access to the space.

Are the offices furnished?

They are — and that’s kind of our thing. Each office is fully furnished so you can plug in and get to work without lifting a single Allen wrench.

Do you have a kitchen?

We do — and it’s not an afterthought. Think plenty of space, modern appliances, and an atmosphere that makes your lunch break (or espresso break) feel like a real reset.

Is there a gym?

Yes! Members get access to a fully equipped, CrossFit-style gym just steps away. It’s included with your membership — no extra fees, no waiting for a treadmill.

Absolutely. You’re welcome to bring clients, collaborators, or coworkers-in-progress. Just give them a heads-up on where to park and we’ll take it from there.
